Karla Fraguada is a Puerto Rican corporate executive with over 18 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods companies, government, and the spirits industry. Karla holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in London.Karla holds a US patent. In 2018, after Hurricane Maria, she briefly led the Office of Reconstruction and Recovery for the Government of Puerto Rico. Karla is very passionate about giving back. In addition to serving on the Lynne Mitchell Foundation board, she currently also serves on the board of Make-a-Wish Puerto Rico and she mentors retiring veterans entering the corporate world with American Corporate Partners. Karla is an avid Habitat for Humanity supporter having completed global builds in Haiti, India, Guyana, and Nicaragua. She enjoys networking, traveling, and spending time with her niece and nephews.
